Want to take better family photos?

Transform your family photos today with my guide full of easy tips. You only need your phone. As a bonus, you’ll get tips to organize and use your images so they aren’t locked away in your digital attic for eternity.

Got a question? Here are some common ones.

  • Check out the photography, videography, or book tabs to see pricing. If you want even more details, download my complete pricing and service guide.

  • After you book, I will send a questionnaire to help me get to know your family. Then, we'll plan a start time based on the activities you'd like to document.

Sessions are relaxed and often held in the comfort of your home and backyard. You and the kids can be yourselves. Sessions last about 2 hours, allowing everyone to relax and forget that I’m there.

  • Anything you want! I typically document ordinary moments like playing in the backyard, playing at the park, making meals together, doing the dishes, bath time, and snuggling in bed.

I’m also up for birthday parties, family reunions, and adventures like boat rides and cutting down your Christmas tree.

  • That’s not something I typically do for clients anymore. My sessions are all about being comfortable and relaxed for your session. You can wear anything you want, from pajamas to a beautiful dress.

However, I provide some loose guidelines in the session prep guide that comes with your session. If you have questions about what you want to wear, I’m happy to answer them.

  • Most weather won’t impact our session. In the event of severe, prolonged weather, we will look for a way to move indoors or reschedule to a mutually available date. Weather forecasts can change from day to day so we will keep an eye on it.

Of course, let me know if someone in the family is ill as soon as possible, and we will look for a mutually available date.

  • That is dependent on the service you’re getting. Family photos require a $200 non-refundable deposit. You can download my complete pricing guide here.

  • My initial answer is yes. However, you should get in touch with me to discuss what you have in mind. I may require you to add time to your session depending on the situation and the number of people/families included.

If you’re just looking for posed family portraits, I’m probably not the right photographer for you. However, I will include a few basic portraits at the end of your session if you would like.
